Is ear cleaning included?
No. The ear check covers the consultation and examination. Earwax removal is charged separately and only done if you need it and agree.
Should I use cotton buds or ear candles first?
No. Cotton buds push wax deeper and ear candles can cause burns. Leave it and let the doctor look.
Can I come at any time?
The clinic is open 24 hours, but an ear check may not be available at every hour. Message first to confirm.
Is this a hearing test?
No. It is a GP examination of the ears, not a hearing test. If you need one, tell us and we will point you to the right place.
Can you check my child's ears?
Yes. Tell us the child's age when you message so we can advise before you come.
